requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes responsibility for

the products will be shipped, sold and used. Further, it is recommended that

Payment
We accept American Express, VISA, and MasterCard credit cards. We are required by law to add sales tax to orders shipped to Illinois. If your business/organization is tax exempt, we will
need a copy or your sales tax exemption certificate.
Pricing
EBKConnect is comitted to offering high quality products at low prices. Prices are updated to reflect increases
from our suppliers. Prices do not inculded freight or applicable taxes. EBKConnect reserves the right to change pricing without notice. EBKConnect reverves the right to fix typographical errors in pricing.
Shipping
Shipping/Handling Charges Apply to All Products. Our suppliers usually ship via UPS Ground, large orders are shipped via
common carriers and freight charges will apply. Please note shipping/handling charges will be added to your total submited through the
website.
In-stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days, non-stock items will have lead times before shipping and require minimum orders. All products are shipped FOB North Andover, MA.
Returns
Hassle-Free Return Policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If
you're not, here's what you do:
- Email returns@ebkconnect.com
before returning any item and advise if you prefer an exchange, full credit, or
money back.
- We will issue a return material authorization (RMA), which you must include with the
return package
- Send it back!
Contact us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are made upon our receipt of
product in original, resalable condition. Returned product must be received
within 30 days of sale. Please note that returned shipments or refused shipments will incur shipping charges.
Warranty
All products are warranted by L-com's warranty policies.
